A piece that does not sit right has a way home. Fourteen days from delivery.

Conditions

The garment must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All tags must be attached and in their original position.
  • Footwear must be returned with branded boxes and dust bags, in a protective outer carton — please do not mark the soles or damage the box.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, swimwear, and underwear must have hygiene seals attached and in unopened, undamaged packaging. They may only be tried on over your own undergarments.
  • Beauty and cosmetic items must be unopened, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

Final sale (no return)

The following categories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Bridal
  • Made To Order
  • Sale Items

How to return

In practice, this means: write to us first at hello@tomfried.com, include your order number and a short note on what did not work. We will issue a return reference within one working day.

Return shipping is free within GB (primary); also US, AE, SA, AU, FR. International returns are at your own expense.

Place the items in their original packaging. Attach the return label provided. Ask the courier to scan the label so you can track the return.

Refunds

Once the returned items arrive at our atelier, we inspect within 6 working days. After that, your refund can take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued as store credit. Credit is valid for 5 years from issuance and stackable across orders. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives flawed or damaged, write to us within seven days of delivery at hello@tomfried.com. We will arrange a return at our cost and either replace the piece or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return abuse

We track return frequency and reserve the right to close a customer account or restrict future orders if return behaviour is in clear breach of this policy.
