Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add a piece to your basket, sign in or check out as a guest, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm. You will receive an order-confirmation email within minutes.

Can I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel a standard order any time before we print the shipping label — usually within an hour of placing it. Write to hello@tomfried.com with your order number. Made-to-order pieces can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Sizing

Where do I find a size guide?

See our Size Guide. Each product page also lists the model's height and the size she is wearing.

What if I'm between sizes?

Most of our pieces are cut on the slimmer side of standard. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.

Do you carry plus sizes?

We size XXS through XXL across most pieces. Where a piece runs differently, we say so on the product page.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the methods listed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Buy-Now-Pay-Later may be available depending on your country.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We use 3-D Secure where your card issuer supports it.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Prices on the site are shown in GBP. Your card is charged in GBP at the prevailing rate.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to GB (primary); also US, AE, SA, AU, FR and a list of international destinations. The full list is shown at checkout.

Will I have to pay duties?

Returns

How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days from delivery. See our Returns Policy for the full list of conditions and exclusions.

How do I start a return?

Write to hello@tomfried.com with your order number and a short note on what did not work. We will issue a return reference within one working day.

When will I see my refund?

Once the return reaches us, we inspect within 6 working days. After that, refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. An account just makes future orders faster and lets you track returns from one place.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link within a few minutes.

How can I contact you?

See our Contact page. The fastest channel is email — we reply to every message within one working day.

Where are your pieces made?

Most pieces are made in Portugal and Italy by family-run workshops. Each product page lists its country of manufacture.
