How to Shop

From browsing to checkout to delivery — exactly how a Tom Fried order is placed.

1. Browse

Use the navigation at the top to browse by category — dresses, separates, outerwear — or use the search to find a specific piece. Every product page shows the silhouette, fabrication, fit notes, and the model's height and size.

2. Add to bag

Click Add to Cart on the product page. Open the cart drawer at the top right to review your selection. The cart shows the subtotal in GBP; shipping and any duties are calculated at checkout.

3. Sign in or check out as a guest

You can check out without an account. Creating one keeps your delivery addresses, order history, and returns in one place.

4. Enter delivery details

Choose your delivery country first — the list of available shipping methods and any duty-included pricing depends on it. We ship to GB (primary); also US, AE, SA, AU, FR and selected international destinations.

5. Pay

We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page, including major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are secured by 3-D Secure where supported by your card issuer.

6. Confirm

You will receive an order-confirmation email within minutes. We email a tracking link within twelve hours of dispatch.

After your order arrives

  • Try at home. You have 14 days to return.
  • Care for it. See the Care Guide for material-specific care.

Sizing help

Each piece runs to our standard size chart — see Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.

Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces are cut to order. The lead time is shown on the product page (typically 2–4 weeks). Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
